Yesterday afternoon we had errands to run and one of our stops was Sarasota Architectural Salvage. This is one of my favorite places to look for treasure (it’s one of those “ultimate shopping experience” kind of places – everything is cool), and I’ve included photos of the things we found yesterday. I was especially excited to find the drawers (pictured above) and can’t wait to use them to create art. The oversized numbers will probably also be used for art. The other things we found were simply too cool to leave behind – they had to come home with us.
Jesse, the owner of the business, and his awesome crew have created a truly amazing space filled with everything you can imagine. And they are not only a really great group of guys doing really great business, they also host multiple charity events throughout the busy time of the year and do a lot for our community. In my opinion, you can’t ask for a better combination. So if you are in the Sarasota area and have not been to this cool place, you MUST go… And if you have been to SAS, make sure you go again – there is always something new to see.
Sarasota Architectural Salvage is located at 1093 Central Avenue, Sarasota, FL. Check out their website for hours, photos and more information.
